Our communication with your household is confidential and private. We will not
contact you or your assigned spokesperson without your guidelines.
The process
Together with you we will go through the process of stating exactly what the
requirements are and what would be the best fit for you. It is most important for
all parties concerned and especially for your household that everybody has a clear
view on the exact nature of the position, all applicable boundaries and the ideal
candidate.
Of each candidate we suggest to you we have a CRB/security clearance certificate
and we have checked his or her references.
Some suggestions in the preparation process.

Sit down and list what you are looking for: what do you want the new employee
to do, what are yours and your family's objectives here. Visualise yourself,
your family and your house with this employee fulfilling your objectives.

Put the list aside and look at it again after a couple of days. Talk to your
family about it. Evaluate your picture with possible present staff. Rework the
list where required.

Visualise the new employee: what kind of a person does this have to be. Realise
that he or she will represent you, so you should feel comfortable with this
person.

See whether point two and three match. Of not, rework on both, till it does
fit.

Look for an agent who can represent you and with whom you feel comfortable.
Discuss the list and find out whether they understand your objectives fully.
