Our Academy prepares you with not only the necessary skills and background theory but also by coaching you on a daily basis on your mindset and attire. During all our courses many assignments and role plays have to be completed. We focus on both your individual performance as well as on your participation in a team.
On a regular basis during the course, students have to perform tests on the instructed curriculum. Exams will be executed under the supervision of the "VTE", a foundation that has been founded by the joined private sector in Holland to guarantee quality in private education, and that applies the same criteria for quality as the Dutch government does.
Your back ground
The right attitude and mindset are a prerequisite for success in all our courses. Your background is of less importance. We appreciate that it is you, and not your back ground that makes you a top quality service provider. It should be noted however that experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.

For whom
This is a training covering the basics of the profession. In 5 days we cover the most important issues focussing on the practical side. This very interactive program best suits those who already have some experience in the service or hospitality industry. Personal coaching is part of the curriculum.
Tuition fee

Weekend course A: security and protocol & etiquette
For whom
This training gives you a basic insight in the security aspects in and around the house or company and while travelling. It also tells you about the current modern manners. A practical course for students who need upgrade of their skills in these two areas. The program is offered in cooperation with a Dutch based security company. Personal coaching is part of the curriculum.

Weekend course B: Balancing food & wine and protocol & etiquette
For whom
This training gives you an insight in the theory and importance of balancing food and wine. A well known Dutch sommelier will instruct the theory and practice of this part of the course. It also tells you about the current modern manners. A practical course for students who need upgrade of their skills in these two areas. Personal coaching is part of the curriculum.
