Theory and practice for running a perfect event with confidence and style; setting and serving meals, styles of service, table manners.

Safety and security at home and when travelling; surveillance, awareness and avoiding of risk.
Balancing wine and food.
Theory and practice to balance food and wine; how does tasting work, what wine should I drink with my meal, wine and champagne knowledge.
Service and self presentation.
Non-verbal communication, dress codes, self presentation, answering the phone or your e-mail, social-, cultural- and personal 'graces'.
